Wrong level report - Philio Technology Corp PAN08-1

I'm running the allinone edition using docker with HA core, from time to time HA presents 257% for a cover,
I checked it in MQTT Explorer and noticed that COMMAND_CLASS_SWITCH_MULTILEVEL Level is 255 (HA is calculating it level / 99 * 100), in logs of ozwdaemon and it looks that the reporting is incorrect.

Refresh the node solves it (temporary)
