Add status_reason for EVM failed transactions #522

Describe the feature
Currently, EVM transactions that fail on-chain are marked as status = Failed, but without any descriptive reason. Other chains (like Stellar) already use status_reason to indicate on-chain errors.
We should extend both the EVM relayers to include a status_reason field to provide clearer feedback when transactions revert or fail on-chain.
