Can't find upgrade tx in Proxy admin contract

I found something interesting while exploring.

This is the proxy contract I am looking at now, and it has been updated more than one time. https://holesky.etherscan.io/address/0xdb023566064246399b4ae851197a97729c93a6cf
But I can't find the upgrade transaction in the proxy admin address.
The last upgrade transaction was about 480 days ago, and the current implementation was deployed about 100 days ago.

I'm not sure what the problem is. I would appreciate it if you could help me with the support from the responsible team.
