Onboarding new team member

Hi @ateucher @stefaniebutland , I've added the text from the issue to onboard Andy (Openscapes/how_we_work#323), and also drafted text for the new Suborbital hire.

Could you please read and review by making any direct edits/comments to the PR, and we will also focus on this at our Tuesday meeting, along with the NASA Champions potential, which could then also be added here as onboarding.

So great @jules32 that you're making the time to document as we go, among so many other urgent important things to do! I've made suggested edits; approved to merge.

This is really great @jules32! I've made a few comments, mostly nit-picky, but I think it looks really good.

From my onboarding, I think what I remember struggling with the most was the structure of NASA, what are the DAACs, who (and what) are mentors, who and what are champions, how do people/teams become mentors/champions.

I also wonder if we want to put in this onboarding doc your idea of writing the blog post
