好吧…有点自问自答了 突然想到在QUIC设为黑洞的同时 在它域名规则里放上要屏蔽的站就可以局部控制了 ………给大家参考 |

代理了常用tcp端口和所有udp端口，没有将quic的端口设为黑洞，OpenAI会识别到我的大陆IP继而拒绝服务，如果单独把quic设为黑洞则能通过。
但我有个疑问，这个quic协议不是走的udp443吗？那代理了所有udp端口为啥它还能绕开代理？
屏蔽quic的坏处是国内很多内容网站也是利用的这个协议，导致加载速度变慢，比如头条，西瓜等（尤其是app退掉后台再启动的过程 比较明显）
求探讨完美解决方案
