[Bug]: crontab 自定义任务消失

Describe the Bug you encountered

每次修改passwall2设置并按保存并应用后，之前在OpenWrt计划任务菜单里面设置的条目都会被清零。

Steps to reproduce this Bug

1. 确认OpenWrt的计划任务里面除了passwall2自动规则更新那条以外自行加入任何别的任务如重启服务。
2. 在passwall2里面随便修改点什么然后保存并应用。
3. 回到OpenWrt计划任务菜单，除了passwall2规则更新任务，别的任务都消失了。

自定义计划任务和passwall2规则更新任务应该互不影响。
