Feature: mcmc model when parameter of type Distribution

We could put a distribution as a parameter in another distribution. MLE doesn't make sense in that case (does it?), but it would be nice to be able to do something. An option is to automatically build a PyMC model, then optimize that with MCMC. That sounds very heavy and complicated, but it could be a nice extension.
