consolidate updates for prerelease #balatrillion

Remove the Motely.WASM project and the Visual Studio solution; simplify project files by removing custom NoWarn entries in several csproj files. Migrate Motely.npm plugin code to ESM (vite/next plugins), add createRequire fallbacks and a dynamic-import workaround to hide dotnet.js imports from Turbopack, bump package version and adjust package exports/metadata; update README notes for Turbopack. Update editor settings to enable JSON schema downloads. Apply multiple JAML filter updates
