How come a custom fork for aws-nuke?

This fork seems to have a lot more community support

Edit: I see in v0.40.0, this project did move to this fork but the docs still point to the old one

• update fork to mention using the new fork
• archive fork
• update codebase to drop previous references to optum/aws-nuke
