Re-importing palettes fails silently

The current behavior in 1.1.7 makes it seem like it breaks but it seems you can only drag-n-drop any particular palette file once, after that it fails silently.  I deduced that you have to delete the json files in %appdata%/pixelorama/Palettes to be able to re-import.

Expected behavior: Palette is replaced with contents of re-dropped file and automatically selected.
