[OUDS] Focus outline not showing for radio buttons on Safari #3271

Describe the issue
Focus outline not showing for radio buttons on Safari after keyboard navigation and changing the selected radio with the arrows.
Reduced test cases
On Safari:
- make sure the tab navigation is activated in Safari Preferences
- navigate to a radio button list with the Tab key
- change the selected radio with arrow up or down
- outline and focus vanish
