[OUDS] Update the theme switcher icone #3298

Describe the issue
Today in the header bar the looo appears 2 times on each side of the header
Reduced test cases
The objective is to use the theme icon as on the mobile demo app to show the user the theme switcher functionality and then use the same dropdown as used today.
The icon to use is communication / design / "theme"
