Demo top app bar buttons are unreachable with keyboard navigation #978

I'm not able to reach the demo top app bar buttons with keyboard navigation, it's ok when the top app bar is in scaffold top app bar but not when it is in scaffold content.
Florent > Same for me. This is also the case in several screens (tokens and components list, and navigation bar for instance), so this might be a larger issue and I suggest we investigate this in a separate PR.
