Nothing for components in UIKit

Context

End users of strong legacy codebases work with UIKit and are complaining about the unavailability of UIKit components. Thus, if they move to OUDS, they will need to rewrite users journeys and workflows from UIKit to SwitUI, which is not acceptable.

This was anticipable because this profile of users was spotted but until now never considered.

Solution

• Wrap SwiftUI components for UIKit (avoid xib and storyboards, but provide components as they are but wrapper)
