feat: Add new screenshots, logo, and signing information

This commit includes the following changes:

- Adds new screenshots (ART4, ART5, ART6) to the README and ART directory.
- Adds logo images to the ART directory.
- Adds signing information (diffly.txt, diffly.jks) to the signing directory.
- Updates the app version to 1.1.0 in build.gradle.kts.
