Add prod docker-compose with caddyfile

We'll want to add a production docker-compose override which includes a Caddyfile and a Caddy reverse proxy. We can use https://github.com/mpuckett159/owncast-terraform and https://github.com/SeattleDSA/support-desk for inspiration there.
