NLog install-command is not working

I am trying to log via NLog into database. And according to docs I need to use install-command tag to create Log table.
if I create table in advance and remove install-command it is working fine.
However it is not working. How to make nlog to create Log table?

This is my nlog.config file.

Feels to me that it is a question to ask on NLog repository. I don't think Orchard Core here makes a difference in the equation.
