Custom Register Form Throws Exception

I modified the Register Form to company needs and it worked flawlessly ). Suddenly it throws the Exception: The given key 'OrchardCore.Workflows.Models.Workflow, OrchardCore.Workflows.Abstractions' was not present in the dictionary. Aparently it has problems with the userService Task.

Apparently it is a Database Problem. Tried another Setting( Sqlite -> PostgreSQL ) and on this setting it worked Fine. Any Idea why/when this Exception comes in to play?
