How to configure the system default menu item permissions?

Background:

I configure a custom menu in the admin menu， It appears to be a new menu item, instead of replace, when the menu name ，type，and url as same ，Content Type.

Why is the reason i do this? I hope that the menu item can be configured by roles or other permissions. But. I found that the default menu item can not configure role permissions. maybe , has some configuration that i didn't find.

Counld guys provider some answers above this? thanks.
