Issue with create page

I just started getting this error on a create page for a custom module. Has anyone seen this before?

The page is blank and I get the following error in the log:
Microsoft.AspNetCore.Watch.BrowserRefresh.BrowserRefreshMiddleware|WARN|Unable to configure browser refresh script injection on the response. Consider manually adding '<script src="/_framework/aspnetcore-browser-refresh.js"></script>' to the body of the page.

Looks like it was an issue with a route
