Host OC as Web App in Azure HELP!!!

I ma tying to host OC as web app service in Azure.
I have setup OrchardCore_Media_Azure and OrchardCore_DataProtection_Azure to host media and protection as well setup MYSQL db from azure services.
Once i publish APP from VS, its starts and running, but if i want to update/publish code with new version, its going to setup page.
I do using AutoSetup module.
