As part of #14117 it was mentioned that 1000 shells using 8 GB of memory isn't expected to work due to how complex the application has grown. That got me wondering if there is any sort of general memory per tenant expectation that exists? Maybe one without any known "heavy" features? /cc @sebastienros since it was his comment
