OrchardCore.Admin.AdminAttribute.IsApplied(HttpContext context) sometimes throw "NullReferenceException"

I've a AdminController in my module, and I'm returning a view from it. Often it works, but sometimes it throws this error, what could be the issue?

Is this with OC 1.8.x? Then this can happen if the HttpContext you pass in to it is null, or if its Items property is null. See here.

Thanks I'm not sure it's just a normal controller action, not passing in anything, I resolved it by returning a RedirectToAction instead of a view
