Upgraded my orchard core version from 1.8.3 to orchard core 2.1.4

I am facing this issue

is it safe to go directly to 2.1.4
or 2.1.3 is the safe to upgrade

Looks like System.Text.Json issue.
First if your code is still using Newtonsoft you need to replace the using statement with System.Text.Json and migrate your code even in your models.

@hishamco and @Skrypt Yes the upgrade was incrementally and resolve the respective conflicts and done the required code changes moved properly from Newtonsoft to to Text.json
Their was some duplicate issue recently inside the DB but then if I disabled all the custom modules and tried by creating the new theme and added views from previous this issue stills the same
-> and some of tenants are working fine with the upgrade but some has been braked

It seems to be a JSON issue with your custom module, can you try to debug
