I want to give web notifications based on webform submissions using a workflow. I can send emails, but I'd rather use the built in notification center. The only documentation can find leads to a few 2 year old videos that mention "web notification" but I don't see in the list of features, and my user only has the option of email notification. This is a test that I set up to try sending a notification.
