this is a great addition @MikeAlhayek . as someone diving into orchardcore and ai integration one use case im thinking if possible is to have have an mcp server running locally inside the firewall and having an agent in orchardcore communicating with the local mcp server to read files and answer questions. many people dont want to upload their internal documents to the cloud and am thinking if mcp server locally can fit this scenario ? do you think mcp can accomodate this use case ?

But yes in your case you would just add an MCP connection via UI to your MCP server and give the AI profile access to it and it'll watch the magic :)

Indeed. You would define the files as MCP resource to your server and ask your app to connect.

It would be great to have workflow with Prompt. I think Zapier has a really good use case for this. It would make our Workflow module much more understandable.

There is a PR that provides an AI agents already which supports workflow.

You can use natural language to create or modify workflow. Also you can do other things like manage content items, content types, features, tenants, and others.

You can use the AI agent to create workflows. However, we need to improve the documentation on our website to ensure the language models have full access to details about all available tasks, events, and their configuration options.

While we don’t currently support a dedicated headless API, we do provide a GraphQL integration that exposes most of the data. The AI agent can be used to create and manage content types, which will then be accessible through both the GraphQL API and the content API.
