I Adding a Menu Item to the Admin Navigation from a Module but my page href looks wrong

I create new module project set admin menu but my menu list href is error ,this can't jump page

Is groupId a valid route value?

BTW navigation providers don't do anything special for routing; you can test the same routes via an action link as well, for example.
