Orchard.AssetUrl append version does not work on file names with space

Hello,
I am using Orchard.AssetUrl(imagePath, appendversion: true) to append a version to the query string of the image URL. It works great for image url that does not contain spaces "/tenant/media/recipe/GreenBean.jpg." It does not attach a version if the image path contains spaces "/tenant/media/recipe/Green Beans.jpg."

Is this an expected behavior or a bug?

This looks like a bug. Are you using local storage or Azure/AWS?
