Adding single user across multiple tenants

I've noticed that if I add the same user to multiple tenants through recipes "same usedid in each tenant". The passwords for each user will still have to be changed individually. This becomes an issue because in some instances one admin or superuser could be responsible for several sites. Managing the individual passwords could be a pain. Is there a method around this that I may be unaware of?
