[v4] Bulkrax importers complete but still say Pending

Descriptive summary

After @KevinJonesMeta started a couple bulkrax importers, they finished the next day. However, when they finished, if you navigate to the importer page, the results still say Pending.

Expected behavior

Identify why Bulkrax importers aren't reporting Finished.
Make Bulkrax importers report Finished
