Create Ambire wallet PRs to for adding OUSD/OETH dapps

Apparently Ambire just taps into Gnosis Safe apps, so my intuition is it should be pretty quick to add the 2 dapps. When testing the wallet I was able to add both the OUSD and OETH Gnosis apps via the "add custom dapp" button
