Detect Morpho pause

A few hours ago, Morpho paused their supply function and we only realized it when @sparrowDom happened to see a subtle message in their Discord server. We should monitor this so that we are alerted immediately in the future. Are there other events on their contracts that we should be monitoring? Are there similar functions on other protocols that we aren't already monitoring?

For some context this is the bit of code that failed when trying to deposit and this is the failing transaction.

We should probably also check for when borrowing is paused.
