NavLink order ignored

Unless I'm misunderstanding the role of the order field here, I don't think it's working as intended. I set Origin Ether to position 2 and Origin Story to position 3. But Story was still displayed above Ether until I used the drag feature to literally move it up higher inside the CMS.
