Improvements for website.
User Story
Recently a lighthouse report has been ran in the one's local environment and while we do follow best practices and SEO, we still have a few lagging issues based upon the lighthouse report. The two main issues are accessibility and performance. The value in improving the two thing as it allows the website to be loaded faster and allows for people with disabilities to view and access the website. There's quite a bit to do but the report has a bit more detail. In addition, I can see this being broken into small issues which will be good for newcomers and/or junior devs. But the main tasks look like the following:
Tasks
- Optimize/Minimize the Images
- Optimize/ Minimize the CSS
- Optimize/ Minimize the JS
