Set max size but do not increase max size.

I haven't tried this tool yet, but say I preemtively mark some assets at 256px max size, and then i use this tool to change the texture size to 1024. Will it override the 256px or leave it?

Ideally it would only lower not make higher. if not a toggle would be nice. I do various sizes for different things.

It will override. Ignore whether the selected setting is high or low
