i wanted to update otto blocky webpage

i want to update the ottoblocky to add more blocks !
When i execute the index.html the block dosent appear on the left side ,What should i do to update the file and the blocks on the left side?

OR can u share me the file to edit the "https://ottodiy.github.io/blockly/www/"this index.html.
