Thumbnail blur option

Since ffmpeg is being used to capture thumbnails, could we get optional config to assign image blur level.

OvenMediaEngine does not support image effects such as blur, and unfortunately, there are no plans to add them at the moment.
Personally, I think it might be better to handle image effects like blur through post-processing after retrieving the image from OME.
There are many types of image effects besides blur such as mosaic, grayscale, and text overlay. so I believe it may not be suitable for a streaming server to handle these directly.

If you have any other good ideas, please feel free to share it anytime. It could be an opportunity for OvenMediaEngine to grow and improve.
