Handling empty queries #33
Description
We remove query terms that are not below phenotypic abnormality. In some cases this leads to empty queries, and the following warning is issued:
2025-11-27 11:50:29 WARN [ForkJoinPool.commonPool-worker-3] o.p.b.core.patient.PhenopacketData - Phenopacket PMID_22034507_AII_3 has no observed phenotypic features!
How do we handle such cases? FN, FP, TP and TN should be zero for all diseases, resulting in the same score for each disease and some random disease at the 1st rank after sorting.
