The survival values did not meet the expectation of the statistical test!

The survival analysis with missense at the bottom of the page is throwing an error

However, it seems we should be getting something because 89 individuals had disease onset information and about 30% of all variants are missense.

Is it possible this is a bug? If not, could we provide some diagnostic information instead of the generic error message?

The error results from the degenerate situation caused by using ontology classes as disease onsets. All 89 disease onsets are equal to 197.15 days, leading Logrank to output p=NaN. This is detected in GPSEA wrapper code and we throw the exception to alert the user.

This can now be troubleshooted thanks to #399
