Port preamble to a .sty file for later use as a package #26

Idea
As the preamble keeps growing it might be a suitable idea to implement it as a package instead of just a regular .tex file.
Said package should have a key-value token list to initialize it and change certain options. Especially colors should be changeable using this feature.
