Consider changing the functionality of the "Chat" button in the experiment admin panel for visibility

It's unintuitive that this is for chat stages only; perhaps we consider moving the "in chat moderation" elsewhere. One might imagine this chat button being a way to contact participants more generally (not just in a select stage), like a revrese-alert.
