Fix prior for low numax

Stars in the prior below ~ 25 muHz could be wrong. The plot below shows the PBjam prior in black, results from PBjam in blue and independent results in orange.

The addition of CPnest (nested sampling) to the code might help us with this. Hold fire until cpnest is merged or work from the cpnest branch as origin.

@nielsenmb I think this now is recognised as fixed - would that be true and can we close this?

I'd say it's still work in progress. The deviation at 30-40muHz has been fixed, but the prior still doesn't extend to ~10muHz which I think it should eventually.
