Plotting improvements #280
Description
A few plotting related items to be improved upon:
- Add numax labels to the echelle plots
- Add epsilon labels to the echelle plots
- Remove white spacing on the echelle plots
- Alter the z-scaling of the echelle plots for red-giant stars
