table definitions for `fid` can generate an incorrect type

We assume `fid` to be [`INTEGER`](https://github.com/PDOK/geopackage-validator/blob/master/geopackage_validator/generate.py#L40), while this can be (or might in most cases be) `INTEGER64`. 

We should check this and also make this backwards compatible.
