Add warning/recommendation in case non standard fid column name is used

OGR/GDAL naming convention of the primary index of a feature table is fid. Handling GeoPackages with a fid column not named fid can be cumbersome, especially when trying to recreate a GeoPackage with a fid column not named fid with OGR/GDAL. I have not found a way to do this with the ogr2ogr CLI tool.

For the above reasons I would like to add a recommendation/warning in case the fid column is not named fid.
