标注的单个字符，导出rec会自动旋转90

如题，对于一行只有单个符号的标注，如果过窄会自动旋转90度

问题

进一步排查到是libs/utils.py中的def get_rotate_crop_image(img, points)函数的问题。该函数没有做点位排序，默认前提是打标点的顺序，是左上角，右上角，右下角，左下角。如果打点顺序异常，则会导致上下颠倒，或者是左右旋转。

saveRecResult到处识别结果时候时调用该函数获取切片区域

目前处理方法

目前的做法是手动对每个文件的 点位进行排序

这个问题是因为,libs/utils.py中的def get_rotate_crop_image(img, points)函数中判断如果过窄会自动旋转90°，比如包装瓶上面竖条

        if dst_img_height * 1.0 / dst_img_width >= 1.5:
            dst_img = np.rot90(dst_img)
