New concept for the data validation of the ui elements is necessary

The current validation just shows a small window to display the error but there are no events, property changes or something else which informs me about a new error. It will be just displayed and it is hard to consider it. For example a button should be disabled if there are some validation errors in my sheet. It is not possible to handle it for example in the _canExecute_ method of a Command.
