Add information about phpword.ini to readme or wiki

Please include information regarding phpword.ini and PDF renderer setup

I had a night of literaly digging into your code until I finaly understood I could simply use phpword.ini.

Just write something like "to setup PDF renderer, edit phpword.ini on lines 8 and 9". That's it.
