Add side_by_side option for materialized views #23
Description
The Scenic gem dropped a new version (1.9.0) last month that adds a new side_by_side feature for replacing materialized views. We have not added this feature to this gem yet, and the result is that replace_view :yadda_yadda, materialized: true is currently broken if you upgrade to Scenic v1.9.0.
Add this option (or at least account for it in the relevant method signatures), so that we can upgrade to Scenic 1.9.
