How to calculate absolute permeability from pregenerated 2D image using porespy

Hello evetyone!
Can somebody explain me how to calculate permeability of pregenerated 2D image using PoreSpy library? It is possible or not?

For example, i created this structure:

im = ps.generators.blobs(shape=[400, 400,], porosity=0.6, blobiness=2)
snow_output = ps.networks.snow2(im, voxel_size=1)
try:
    proj = op.io.PoreSpy.import_data(snow_output.network)
except AttributeError:
    proj = op.io.from_porespy(snow_output.network)

pn = proj['net_01']
geo = proj['geo_01']

And now i need to somehow calculate an absolute permeability.

So sorry for this delayed response. We have been working on V3 and all the examples have disappeared from the main site...however you can still find them using the magic of git. same problem here. Somehow the flow at the inlet is always 0 and I have no idea why :(

In openpnm V3 & porespy V2.2.2, I do the same work like this:
pn = op.io.network_from_porespy(net)
and, porespy in here, the advance from openpnm V2 → V3 here.
